We strongly believe in stewardship and giving back not only in our communities, but communities around the world.  Although we were actively involved in volunteering and/or participating in local and global charitable and mission events, we wanted to direct our own purpose and destiny to serve by that which God put on our hearts.

Therefore, we established The Ron and Lavada Williams Foundation, a non-profit organization, in 2008 and incorporated in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2010.  Under the Foundation, we have been working to help those who are less fortunate to meet their basic living needs which we have been blessed with and enjoy in abundance:  nutritious food, clean water, clothing, housing, healthcare and a good education.
